Thank you for your interest in CareLoop, a new app from Plan Ahead Life. From deployments, to illnesses, to caring for aging parents, there are many times when family members and caregivers need to be kept "in the loop" to help care for a famiy or loved one.
A limited number of members are being invited to explore CareLoop and provide feedback to help shape the final product. To unlock CareLoop, please sign up to become a member on Plan Ahead Life, and click on the Update Profile tab on your dashboard. There will be an option to check CareLoop when creating a profile. Please remember this is NOT an app to list account numbers or specific details, social security numbers, or any other personally identifiable data.
